Registration and payment details

REGISTRATION

The registration will be accepted until June 9, 2017 and is reserved to the participants accepted by the organization of the school and present in the list "Participants" in this website. Please see the details below.

The registration can only be done by filling the online form linked here.

After a successful registration, an email of acknowledgment will be received.

All participants are required to register, including participants who received support from the organization.

The following Table summarizes the Registration Fees for each participant's category.

The fee includes attendance to all technical sessions, the welcome kit and coverage of expenses for food and lodging in the school from dinner on July 16 to breakfast on July 29, 2017, daily coffee breaks, excursion and conference dinner.
The Registration is not definitive until payment is received.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Please note: in case of payment by credit card, the registration at the conference is contextual to the payment. If you do not complete the process with your payment, you are not registered.

On-line payment: payments can be made after filling the online registration form.

Cancellation and Fee Refund Policy

Cancellation requests should be sent by e-mail to the FPSP_XIV  Secretariat (adriana.schiavon@unipd.it).

• Registrations cancelled before 15/07/2017 will be charged by 10% of the full fee for administrative costs.
• Registrations cancelled from 15/07/2017 will be charged by 30% of the full fee.

Some Instructions for compiling the Registration Form:

All the fields with an asterisk * are mandatory fields.
In the Invoice section of the Form:

• in the field "Fiscal code/number of identity document" insert your Tax Code or your National Insurance Number (NIN) or your Passport Number
• in the field "VAT ID NUMBER (with ISO code)" enter your VAT Number. If you do not have a VAT Number just enter "NO".
